Recommend taking one or two heaped tablespoons of Borojó powder per day.  Best taken on an empty stomach.

Energy Breakfast Smoothie

Blend together:
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Borojó powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon Oatmeal
  • 4 or 5 Brazil nuts
  • 4 or 5 Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Linseed powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 250 ml Milk of your choice
  • Vanilla (few drops)

Antioxidant Berry Smoothie

 
​Blend Together:
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Borojó powder
  • 200 gr any optional: Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries 
  • 250 ml Milk of your choice
  • Yourth
  • Vanilla (few drops)

Borojó Super Greens Salad


Preparation: Mix all the ingredients and serve to taste.
  • Grated carrot
  • Tomato peeled chopped
  • Sliced onion
  • Coriander
  • Shredded lettuce
  • ½ tablespoon powder Borojó
  • Optional: Chili to taste
